At Bison Peak Designs we create realistic renderings for you to review. This includes close to accurate wood color, stain, font color, border design, font design, measurements, anything else we see fit for the rendering. When reviewing your rendering please make sure all info is correct before submitting payment. In the case of a major change after payment (size, font, layout, materials) it will result in a 30% upcharge plus any additional materials purchased. Once payment is received you have given Bison Peak Designs the Approval to proceed with the order. All orders will have a QC picture sent before shipping. If you want changes before shipping it is your responsibility to contact Bison Peak Designs for changes. Orders Ship 1-2 days after QC Pic is sent.

If you paid for your order that gives Bison Peak Designs the approval to proceed to production. If in the case the approved rendering was wrong after payment the customer will have to pay for those changes. No canceled orders in this event.

We ship everything UPS with tracking info. We do not have much control on ship times once in carriers hands. If damaged please contact us with pictures of damage. If the box looks damaged please do not accept it. Take pictures and contact us.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders (This includes Custom signs, Custom Flags, Custom Decor, any personalized requests)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (and shipping back in the event of an exchange) on any order custom or not.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or no refund.
